      You get to peak behind the curtain of Hollywood's elite.

      Cons

      Hellish hours, obstinate promotional opportunities as management has an ever-revolving door of cheap and docile crop of potential employees. Be prepared to work alongside a good amount of formal criminals and/or people with behavioral issues.

      Pros

      Health insurance (not the best but it's something).

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. The company is terrified of its own employees. Operations is a mess from top to bottom. Back of house is encouraged to lie to front of house. Divisive culture between departments. Management has their priorities set on sales, not people, not growth. Training people to do their jobs better is NOT a priority. They would prefer to watch you fail and fire you than set you up for success.
