Toxic work culture. The company is terrified of its own employees. Operations is a mess from top to bottom. Back of house is encouraged to lie to front of house. Divisive culture between departments. Management has their priorities set on sales, not people, not growth. Training people to do their jobs better is NOT a priority. They would prefer to watch you fail and fire you than set you up for success.

Upper management is a joke. They will underpay you and overwork you. Nepotism is everywhere which has created a toxic and unwelcoming work environment. Management seems so focused on getting their money from a sale that they’ll treat everyone below them terribly as long as it means they come out on top. I wouldn’t recommend this place to friends or anyone I care about.
