      Most staff members are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Little to no room for advancement. Pay is low and doesn’t grow based on accomplishments. Too many clicks with the staff that has been there a long time.

      Pros

      Health insurance (not the best but it's something).

      Cons

      Toxic work culture. The company is terrified of its own employees. Operations is a mess from top to bottom. Back of house is encouraged to lie to front of house. Divisive culture between departments. Management has their priorities set on sales, not people, not growth. Training people to do their jobs better is NOT a priority. They would prefer to watch you fail and fire you than set you up for success.
