Pros

The environment is very welcoming. My coworkers are intelligent and passionate about their work. I am constantly learning and growing professionally.

Cons

Salary does not increment much yearly. At times we are understaffed and have to wear multiple hats- which is always a learning opportunity, but also takes time away from patient care.

I liked (most of) my fellow coworkers

Cons

After adjusting for inflation, my raise was a paltry <0.2%. I was told that was actually"very good." This was before it was announced that Touchpoint hit record profits. They also committed flagrant violations of labor law by telling us we weren't allowed to discuss salary amongst each other. Management was very poor during my time there. Lack of clinical knowledge and support made critical staffing periods much harder. We felt micromanaged when everyone was just trying their best. If you stood up for yourself or had a different idea, it was shot down. The morale was low and many people left for better opportunities. KPIs are a waste of time.
