Pros

- free food - mostly laidback environment - lgbtq friendly

Cons

Management is lackluster at best, hideously incompetent at worst. There’s no communication, no one seems to be on the same page about anything, there are constant scheduling conflicts. Management has also brushed off and completely ignored sexual harassment, toxicity, and bullying in their workplace. The kitchen has been running on a skeleton crew for years. Everyone is overworked and underpaid. Speaking of pay, if anyone brings up grievances with their salary there is a high chance they will be fired. not sure how that’s legal, but whatever. I’m being paid less as a Lead than the new hires, and if I ask for a raise I will probably be laughed at and told to get out. None of us have received a yearly raise in two years, and we have received no hazard pay or bonuses all throughout the pandemic.

Pros

I liked (most of) my fellow coworkers

Cons

After adjusting for inflation, my raise was a paltry <0.2%. I was told that was actually"very good." This was before it was announced that Touchpoint hit record profits. They also committed flagrant violations of labor law by telling us we weren't allowed to discuss salary amongst each other. Management was very poor during my time there. Lack of clinical knowledge and support made critical staffing periods much harder. We felt micromanaged when everyone was just trying their best. If you stood up for yourself or had a different idea, it was shot down. The morale was low and many people left for better opportunities. KPIs are a waste of time.
