Pros
TouchPoint has a great culture, focused on caring for patients as well as fostering growth and development for it's team members. Really good onboarding program for every level. Leadership obviously cares about people and lives the mission. I have worked in multiple positions for many different bosses, and have had a great experience at every step.
Cons
The healthcare industry is going through major changes to align with new laws and reimbursements. Enjoying a fast paced and changing environment is a must.

After adjusting for inflation, my raise was a paltry <0.2%. I was told that was actually"very good." This was before it was announced that Touchpoint hit record profits. They also committed flagrant violations of labor law by telling us we weren't allowed to discuss salary amongst each other.
Management was very poor during my time there. Lack of clinical knowledge and support made critical staffing periods much harder. We felt micromanaged when everyone was just trying their best. If you stood up for yourself or had a different idea, it was shot down. The morale was low and many people left for better opportunities.
KPIs are a waste of time.
