Pros

Uncapped commission Culture Incredible baseline, advanced, and continued industry education Fully inclusive with numerous employee resource groups 401k, benefits, and insurance are incredible Very level playing field - regardless of background, race, gender, etc, you will have the same opportunity here as everyone else before you. Whether your goal is to make as much money as possible, upward mobility within the company, etc, if you do make the commitment that TQL requires, you will find what you’re looking for.

Cons

There are no TQL - specific cons. They are all either specific to the logistics industry or specific to any other job that gives you an opportunity to make a lot of money. Look at all of the negative reviews on Glassdoor. “Long hours” “Hard work” “Fired me for being late” It is hard work and there are long hours, much like every other job since the dawn of mankind that gives you an opportunity to make uncapped money. You will be held accountable, but you will NEVER be held accountable for something you weren’t aware of. Expectations are made extremely clear from day 1.

Pros

Fast paced, high ROI, great income upside

Cons

It's sales, it's a grind, and it's certainly not for those who lack motivation or drive.

Pros

Great company to work for if you thrive in a fast-paced environment. The uncapped earning potential provides strong motivation and rewards hard work. Management emphasizes teamwork, creating a supportive culture where everyone works together to succeed. The company also offers excellent training, helping employees develop their skills and grow professionally. Overall, a great place for driven individuals looking to build a successful sales career

Cons

Working in sales isn't easy—it requires long hours, consistent hard work, and the ability to handle rejection on a daily basis. While the job can be challenging, it can also be incredibly rewarding for those who stay persistent and maintain a positive attitude.
