Pros
Work Hard, Play Hard is the definition of TQL. The culture is second-to-none, and you will make some of the best friends of your life here. The mini hoops and putting greens scattered around the offices, team events both inside & outside the office, and celebrations of success keep you engaged and enthusiastic while you learn the difficult ropes of logistics and how to navigate this crazy world. This is a job where you will have to work harder and smarter than the next person, but the fruits of your labor can be seen quickly and you are surrounded by people who all have the attainable goal of making serious money on their minds. This is an extremely lucrative industry and nobody even comes close to TQL in quality training. A serious broker should make at least $60-70k in their first year in sales, and then build on that. On top of that.. I, and many of my coworkers have expressed that they enjoy the job itself. It will truly keep you on your toes every single day, and no day is the same!
Cons
TQL is a serious commitment to yourself, to your broker, and to your team. You will 100% be given the tools to be successful, perhaps beyond what you previously thought possible for yourself... but it will require the full scope of your focus, drive, and discipline to get there. It's not a job for the faint of heart, it's a job for those who make things happen.
