Pros
Great training if you work under a decent broker. If not, good luck. You will make someone money, learn nothing, then you get thrown to the wolves.
Cons
The funnel system that TQL promotes is insanity. Over saturated and overrun with unqualified candidates to fill the seat and make other brokers money. You have many calls where if you bring up the 3 letters TQL, you are more than likely going to be the 10th person to have called that prospect. The tech is great but unregulated. Lots of internal conflict.
