      Decent opportunity for career growth and advancement.

      Cons

      The company keeps hiring fresh graduates which is okay at first but turned out, current employees had to do double work because of the incompetence of the new ones. The hiring process had become so lenient that they didn't consider qualification and educational background that much which made our work harder.
