Pros
I would venture to say that most of the negative reviews here, are ones that come from people who either think the grass is always greener on the other side... Or they weren't paying attention in the interview process. The job is not portrayed as "easy" and the pay is structured to encourage growth. It is demanding (all jobs in this company are demanding) .If you pay new grads $90k, they will be lazy and entitled, thus the "competitive" start + commission. TQL offers a career path... Or at least a starting point. You will be tested in the beginning, as my recruiter informed me. This company requires a certain type of motivated personality. Not everyone has what it takes. LOTS of young men and women make great careers/money here. This company is going places. They are always adapting and changing to suit the employees and the markets. They demand only the best employees (the weak ones don't stick around) and thus demand the best service to beat the competition. Awesome workplace, great personalities, fun times and very rewarding. Management is great and very hands off. Suggestions and ideas for improvement are accepted.
Cons
Not too many cons. Work life balance, but that's all relative. Brokers may need a little more time (or faster incentives) to hit success goals.
