Pros
Money - With the way the commission is set up, it is not uncommon for LAE's to be making great money quickly. It usually takes a little over a year, but after that, you can be seeing paychecks double, triple, (or more) than what you were getting paid when you started. It blows you away when you see your hard work pay off the way it can here. Atmosphere - It is work hard play hard. The lazy don't make it in the door, and everyone here shares the same competitive spirit, and passion for making money. Also, there's a sense of team where anyone will help anyone. You are never left stranded on something while others just walk away at the end of the day. Everyone helps everyone, and the job gets done. Opportunity - With as fast as we are growing as a company, advancement opportunities are abundant. They go to those who produce, and those who want them - some decline because they are already making more money than their boss!
Cons
Work - This isn't a job where you can sit back and collect a paycheck. This isn't a job you take just to have a job. You have to outwork, outhustle, and grind out daily. It's not easy, but you are given all the training you need to succeed. You decide if you want to. After Hours Commitment - You have to answer your phone 24/7. You won't succeed if you check out at 5:15 every day. This job takes a relentless effort. No one will sugarcoat that in anyway. Transparency - This is a Pro and a Con. If you are killing it - everyone sees it. If you are slacking - everyone sees it. You can't hide behind excuses. Stress - Some will say the job is stressfull, and I agree to an extent, but all that stress melts away when you realize the benefits of dealing with the after hours issues, transparency in numbers, pounding the phones, etc. Overall - This job is not for everyone. If you want to make a ton of money, and are willing to put in the work, it's for you. If you want a small, steady, easy paycheck - it's not.
