      Pros

      TomTom does a lot for its employee on a daily basis ensuring that they are productive, their career is progressing, and have quarterly survey's focusing on how the company can do better. We work in a very challenging domain so we are getting a chance to use the very latest AI technologies and even active research.

      Cons

      Being cutting edge requires us to learn as we go and this does force us to learn and adjust the organization frequently based on our learnings.
