Pros
this is a good stable company to work in. bosses make effort to keep work interesting. Top management spend time to engage employees, and understand our goals and needs. Colleagues are nice people. If you like japanese culture its definately for you. They actually celebrate all the staff birthday with buffet lunch, impressed.
Cons
As like most Japanese company. Self discipline is a must. Imo, its mangable here compared to past japanese companies i've worked for.
