I applied online. I interviewed at Tokyo Leasing (Singapore) in Jan 2023
Interview
Went through a few rounds but in the end, they cannot afford to pay. HR seems interested to offer as all their follow-up questions was if i could take lesser money to join them. Guess it's good to be prudent though.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tokyo Leasing (New Rochelle, NY) in Sep 2016
Interview
The manager asked me about my previous experience. She also walked me through a day of work in the company, and stressed the "fast paced" nature of the work. It was her courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor that made the interview pleasant.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Tokyo Leasing (Purchase, NY) in May 2015
Interview
Saw the ad for the position on LinkedIn in late March/early April. Applied via LinkedIn. My profile was viewed sometime in mid-April, but nothing further happened until late April, when I received a LinkedIn email asking for a time to come in for an interview.
Went onsite and had a 1 on 1 interview with the hiring manager. It was possibly the most pleasant interview I have ever had.

Question 1
There were no direct interview questions per se. The interview was more of a conversation of two IT professionals sharing their work history - yes, it was a two-way conversation, not a monologue.
