Pros
People were very friendly when I first started The team atmosphere was generally nice They made an effort to do team activities now and then They celebrated birthdays, retirements, and achievements with small parties, which was a really nice touch
Cons
The most disturbing part , some long-term staff acted like managers and kept watching or reporting on others, even though they did the same things . No real chance to move up New roles came up, but I was never offered anything better Pay was pretty low
