Pros

It’s been a breath of fresh air to work at a company where I end each day feeling proud of what I’ve contributed. TimelyCare has a truly mission-driven culture, the passion for impacting students and making a real difference isn’t just talk, it’s embedded in the daily work. Before joining, I did extensive research and was worried the strong online presence was just branding, so happy I made the decision to join. What I read didn't even scratch the surface of reality. The people are wonderful to work with, smart, collaborative, and driven by purpose. It's exciting to be part of the designing the ideas and then seeing them come to fruition. I appreciate the fast-paced environment and the collective willingness to adapt quickly. People aren’t afraid to say, “This worked yesterday, but times are changing, and we need to evolve.” I also appreciate how willing everyone is to step in, solve problems, and get creative together. It’s a team that genuinely rallies around challenges and focuses on solutions. Leadership has been receptive to feedback and supportive of new ideas, creating space for innovation and meaningful contribution. It’s inspiring to be part of an organization focused on shaping a healthier, more hopeful future for the next generation.

Cons

There are opportunities to improve system integration to streamline collaboration.

Pros

I genuinely don’t think there are any other than the people (who they’re burning out or forcing out)

Cons

To the Glassdoor responses from TimelyCare: “we found no record of the specific incidents referenced” is a strange thing to say about anonymous reviews. What exactly are you looking into — Slack messages? Zoom recordings? The implication that you’re investigating who wrote these reviews is more revealing than anything the reviewer said. The irony is that the very culture described in every negative review — retaliation against anyone who speaks up — is exactly why employees can’t give honest feedback internally and have to resort to anonymous posts in the first place. And then those posts get publicly discredited. I’ve been gone over a year and I’m still untangling what this place did to my sense of self at work. That doesn’t happen at healthy companies. Good luck to everyone still there.
