The company continues to develop new capabilities and integrations. At times, it takes longer to rollout this innovation. Some of the legacy customers have a hard time adopting this innovation - but they may have changed recently.

At its core, TimeTrade’s employees are by far the best group of people I’ve ever worked with. They’ve become a part of my extended family. It’s easy to approach anyone in the company and the executive team always has their doors open. The level of networking makes it easy to be successful in the organization. The environment is beautiful both inside and outside of the office with an open seating plan, plenty of meeting rooms to jump into for focused time and a beautiful view of Ames Pond. The Intelligent Scheduling product is very interesting and is used by hundreds of innovative top enterprise companies. I’ve spent the majority of my career so far with TimeTrade and the company has been extremely supportive helping me grow into the product marketer I am today Other awesome benefits: Deductible free health insurance - TimeTrade is one of the only companies that take care of health insurance deductibles. Generous tuition reimbursement - The company is very supportive of employee growth Awesome vacation policy - 3 weeks vacation, 5 sick days, 2 personal days for all employees and those that are 5-year veterans see up to 4 weeks paid vacation - plus 4 day weekends on major US holidays like Labor Day and Memorial Day

The productivity of the company is very impressive, especially for its size. The only issue is we spread ourselves too thin at times with different initiatives. The company could do a better job helping teams stay focused by saying no to some projects.
