Pros
The Time Doctor owners and management are masters at managing remote working teams, in all the right ways. They know how to keep people in different parts of the world motivated and informed. The Software As A Service tool they offer to customers is targeted to some degree towards remote employees. So this means the entire employee base is able to understand customer experience and use cases very well, which helps.
Cons
You don't get to see your fellow employees face to face very often. But Time Doctor does pay for travel to team building events once a year at some really cool places. Working remotely isn't for everyone, it's a matter of preference I suppose.
