Pros

- Travel opportunities (domestic/international) - Ample resources to get work done - Pro bono vending machine

Cons

- Unusually high level of staff turnover (almost always pay/promotion-related) - No formally trained or experienced HR/administrative staff - Consistent misrepresentation about salary, bonus, etc. - Numerous cases of staff being asked to post non-anonymous online reviews - An ill-equipped and inexperienced sales management/supervisor team

Thank you for sharing your advice to our management team. We have always had an "open door" policy with all our team leads and managers. Employees are always welcome to discuss any issues, concerns and provide suggestions. And, you are right, our employees are our most valuable asset. We value everyone's opinion. We have implemented many positive changes for our sales team and HR processes for 2020 and are looking forward to more in 2021. We are currently working with our HR Director to restructure our HR processes. This is exciting news! Thanks again for your comments and we wish you all the best!

Pros

Pleasant, laid back, casual dress environment and conveniently located.

Cons

I am clarifying an earlier review. The environment was great. Everyone I worked with was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. My experience was that I was hired as a BDR with a 90 day probationary period. I was told on numerous occasions that I was doing a great job. My boss and I even sat down to outline my promotion plan within 6 to 12 months. Imagine my surprise to be let go with no warning nor explanation within my probationary period despite enthusiastically performing my job doing everything expected, and then some.
