Pros

Long hours even when you don't won't to work your stuck because people called off and management won't get off there but and come cover a shift like they supposed to

This place is horrible management do not do the job they don't know what they're doing they do not come and help if you call they did not answer they keep ignoring your calls they do not respond to emails text messages or voice mail they do not come if the client is in the hospital and you call management to come assist you with any needs management is nowhere to be found even the owner of the company doesn't even run the company everybody else from the company wish you were here you're basically an independent caregiver meaning you basically work for yourself only rules you're going to hear is the rules you set for yourself if and the only time you hear from Eric which is the owner it's when his company keep getting fined by the state from what I am told also the clients always out of food and toilet paper and hand wash it's been times when employees came into work and there was nothing for them to use the bathroom it's also been times were clients PG&E has been shut off do to lack of money and clients and staff was in the dark they're also been times when clients ran out of food and no one would help them buy food this company is all about their money it's only great if you would go for long hours and don't have a life because it's been many times you're going to be stuck on a ship for days this company is unorganized they hire any and everybody also management doesn't even fit your schedule correctly they would not even put someone on the schedule to even come relieve you then when you get upset and called management they ignore you and you still have to sit there for a whole extra 8 hours or maybe even 16 hours until someone finally come on their shift management also complains about working here but still work to get the check I feel that all everyone in this company needs to be trained and management need to learn how to do their job and that job is to be responsible for clients and staff management needs to be more organized management needs to pick up their cell phones management also needs to pick up the emergency cell phone that they do not pick up they also need to stop hiring all their friends who doesn't even show up for work only great thing about working for this company is the hours you're going to be working you're going to be working more in 60 hours a week and half the time you're going to be stuck at a client's house also no one cleans up clients houses looks like film no one cleans up clients does not clean up majority of the clients around 90% of the clients are able to clean up but they don't staff did not clean up as well this company is horrible people leave the turnaround rate is about 100% there is New Management every other month management does not stay longer than 2 months that's because they said that they get treated unfairly run far away from this company as you can please do not send your family members to this company
