Very informative pre-amble about the company. A set of questions including some situational questions that include professional boundaries and confidentiality scenarios. Some questions about travel and car insurance. Questions about why you want to work as an ILS Instructor.

Interview
Low pressure standard interview procedures. It's social services, so there really was less pressure than corporate jobs. There was some conflicts over choices based on experience versus potential. Example: We hired a individual who had been in the field for 10 years over a very eager MSW. Needless to say the individual with ample experience did not work out.
