-No career growth , you will get a title change and they will tell everyone that you received promotion but nothing will change in your role. If you early in your career this is a good place to start and learn of something. If you are looking to grow your career not so much.
-Hiring , they rather hire friends from the outside instead of promoting from within. It would be better for the company if they promoted from within and backfilled talent.
-Toxic work environment, there are some bullies in the sales teams that will try to strong arm the technical teams to fix things or release things that are not ready yet.
-Layoffs, layoffs anywhere are a bummer or downer but the company has seen two in the past two years. Why not just repurpose those individuals if possible to do other needed tasks.
-Lack of diversity, culture, ethnicity and ideas seems to have gotten worse . People won’t always see eye to eye but it feels like if your ideas or suggestions go against what others are saying even if you are correct you will receive flack for it.
