Thistle is an amazing environment to work in! -hardworking & fun group of people all driving towards the company's mission -flexible hours & vacation policy -amazing food in the office (the Thistle food is my favorite perk - we have unlimited access to super health, fresh, and local organic food) -management is prioritizes company culture & values -great people! everyone is here because they want to be and that makes for an awesome/fun work environment
Cons
it's fast growing - which isn't really a con but sometimes things are hectic and pivot quickly but that's one of the most challenging / rewarding aspect of being apart of a startup
