Thistle interview questions

What are they looking for in a candidate? Even they don't know. The same job gets relisted every couple of months, so is it even real? Having interviewed for it I want to say yes but does that mean they are hiring then firing people in a matter of months? The interview was confusing, disjointed with no clear vision of the role. Very odd interview.
