Cons
Can seem a bit disorganized at times. There are situations that come up where people are figuring out policies and procedures as they go, and bumps come up along the way. To be clear, however, there is a vaccine mandate (as is required by all NYC office employers). They do prefer employees to work in office, but the office is nice, well-located and usually very pleasant.
