Pros
Honestly, working at ThinkTank may have been the happiest I have ever been at a job. I felt respected, that my contributions mattered, and that creativity was encouraged and celebrated. The leaders I worked with truly cared about my personal goals and aspirations and helped provide me with the opportunities I wanted and needed to further develop in the technology space.
Cons
As other reviews have mentioned, the biggest con (no pun intended) left the building in 2017. ThinkTank is on a path to truly do some incredible things and while I am no longer a part of the team, I can't wait to see what they accomplish.
