Fairly complete, with many basic questions and a few advanced ones. Phone interview first followed by in person (pre-covid). Friendly staff, although a bit closed off with some arrogance, but not extreme.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ThinkTank (Colorado) (Denver, CO) in Jan 2013
Interview
Interviewed with multiple people; other Directors and the CFO. Multiple day interview; taking most of two full days. Very odd that we did most of the interview at the local bar, which was okay, but just odd.

Question 1
Nothing in particular, it was just a grueling process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ThinkTank (Colorado) (Denver, CO) in Mar 2013
Interview
Originally interviewed for a contract position to fix some usability issues in the UI, I pursued a full time position as Director of UX because of the amazing potential and promise of the collaboration technology. The culture is very 'startup': a with a lot of individual freedom of method and execution. A larger-than-life CEO with an amazing vision runs the show. Though the CEO is very involved in making design decisions, the C-suite isn't in the office much. I interviewed all day, talking with all the current Directors and C-suite that were in the Denver office. (5 people). 'Cultural fit' was high on their list because it's vital that the person be high energy - they go through people quite rapidly.
