The best company I have ever worked for - Infrastructure Engineer Think|Stack Employee Review

Reading the negative reviews break my heart. I have never, and probably will never, find another company that genuinely cares about their employees like Think|Stack does. They go above and beyond with employee perks and health insurance. The flexibility is unparalleled, the employees respect each other and work hard, but have fun while doing it. Everyone works as a team. Think|Stack is also open to feedback, but unlike most companies, actually does something with the feedback! They're constantly seeking advice on how they can be a company people want to work for, companies wan to work with, and people don't want to leave. This is an MSP, so work is fast and ever-changing, but if you come in with and understanding you'll be pulled in multiple directions and communicate well it won't be a problem.

There are divisions/departments that don't all talk to each other, so scheduling can be tight. However, if you're good with communication you shouldn't have any issues. There are some issues with transparency when it comes to difficult conversations, but I've seen a big difference from when I first started and they're visibly working on eliminating this issue.

The people were technically sharp and great communicators. Surprising for a tech company.

The work is nonstop they support a lot of customers with a lean crew
