Pros

TheyDo fosters a culture of genuine kindness and mutual respect. Despite being fully remote, the level of collaboration is exceptional—teams are highly connected and communication is seamless. The company provides every tool and resource you could possibly need to be successful, and innovation is not just encouraged, it’s embedded in the day-to-day. Support is everywhere, whether it's from leadership, peers, or processes.

Cons

As with many startups, some things are being built in real time—like resource hubs or updated collateral. It’s part of the journey and to be expected in a fast-moving environment.

Pros

The team at TheyDo is friendly and thoughtful. You can tell they have really taken the time to put together extensive interview and onboarding processes. From the first conversation with the HR team I was given an outline of the onboarding process. This was awesome to be able to effectively prepare, with no surprises. There is also a ton of information and the team was super friendly and open to answering any questions. Onboarding was the same way. Many meetings set up for learning about the company, the teams, and meeting others you will work with along the way.

Cons

Getting access to certain tools you need might be difficult at first, but there are Notion pages set up for figuring out what you need and who to reach out to for access.

Pros

- Warm and welcoming folks all around. - One of the best remote work environments. - Good product.

Cons

- In a very competitive space, differentiating against the bigger providers is tough. - Not the most diverse place yet, there is gender diversity but very people of color, I see that changing. - Income potential is limited, even though the quotas are somewhat reasonable, they could be a bit lower given the product suite and global market conditions.
