You’ll be treated with respect at Thesis and will be provided endless opportunities for learning and growth. Thesis is a great place to get mentorship and access to online courses and seminars. They are all about promoting internally. They promote FAST. Pay is competitive, the office is entirely remote and the health and 401k plan are phenomenal. Unlimited vacation isn’t a joke. It’s extremely common to take off a week at a time and I’d guess most people are taking a month of vacation per year.

Thesis operates in a pod structure that feels like mini-companies with their own cultures so people have vastly different experiences based on who they report to. While there are over 70 employees, it feels like you’re working with 6 - 10. It’s hard to know if you’re performing well or not because getting feedback can feel like pulling teeth.
