I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Thesis (New York, NY) in Jun 2024
Interview
Seven rounds and unpaid project. Felt extraneously dragged out and unnecessary. Ultimately declined due to the continuous need for more interviews over the course of months. At a certain point, they know if you’re the right fit or not, and it felt like interviewing just for the sake of interviewing.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Thesis (Missouri City, MO) in Aug 2024
Interview
Standard automated email invite with link to calendar to schedule initial interview/screening. Interviewer late to meeting. Overall a great meeting however. Next steps were an interview with CFO then HR. Not 15 mins after initial screening I receive an automated email invited to schedule an interview with the CFO. Schedule for two days later. 1pm. Two days later and two hours before the interview, I receive a very standard "Meeting Cancelled" email. No explanation, no contact to inquire to, nothing. 100% radio silence. Day following the cancellation the company decides to email a "Not moving forward" notice.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Thesis (Portland, OR) in Nov 2022
Interview
Once I applied, I was contacted within a week for a video chat with the recruiter. I really appreciated that the recruiter sent me a set of questions that they would ask in the meeting, so I was well prepared. I felt the chat was very conversational and went great... so I thought. I sent a follow up since I had not heard back, and I was GHOSTED. Can we cancel this ghosting culture please?
