I work in the front office, and it's definitely a family environment here. It's truly an amazing place to work, and I couldn't ask for a better employer/work family. The people I work with inside and outside of the office are the best of the best.

None that I know of. They're definitely one of the best places to work.

Favoritism toward certain employees, low pay for the work you do, outdated processes, too much whispering among upper management
