Meet with plant manager then a couple of supervisors. Plant manager was great to talk to and he took time to explain what he expected of me. One of the supervisors just asked person questions trying to figure out if he knew me.

Interview
They sell you the job and pray you take it. You talk to the plant manager then your would be supervisor gives you a tour of the plant. The desire to get fresh blood in the door is tangible. They keep their workforce oppressed and ask "why" when people leave.

The interviewer was very professional and extremely nice and welcoming. I felt very comfortable speaking to her during the process, and never felt intimidated, as I have before in other interview processes
