      Pros

      Great place to work with a genuinely friendly, supportive atmosphere. The on-site canteen is a big plus: good quality food at really reasonable prices, which makes a difference day to day. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and take on new challenges if you're proactive about it. The office location is lovely too . It's easy to get out for a walk nearby to clear your head

      Cons

      Growth opportunities are there, but you do need to be proactive in seeking them out rather than waiting for them to come to you

      Pros

      The people at Very are all ambitious which creates a great culture! The hybrid working model allows flexibility so you can split your time across the office and working from home.

      I can't think of any!
