      Pros

      The pros and cons are going to depend on who the owner of your specific store is. For me, the owner was not involved in the day-to-day operations of the store, so the day-to-day tasks defaulted to the manager at my location. The work environment was relaxed and I got along well with all my coworkers. The manager fostered an excellent work environment.

      Cons

      Because this is franchised, the pay differs from location to location and some stores may be more strict with their policies.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
