Pros

Nice plaza (Publix) and people. Franchise owner is overall great and takes care of the store and employees. Its always clean and you can learn a lot and meet new people. You get tips. The Franchise Owner also pays bonuses (if we make sale goals), commissions on certain services.

Cons

You may run into some owners that do not practice good ethics or morals. Such as charging you for a new bag or box you selected for your Amazon return and then switch it to a used Amazon box that another customer left "to save on cost." Some stores also charge you for things like taping and picking up packages that you got diverted to the store. Some stores also charge you for "customer service" if you take too much time with an employee. Haha. SMH. Maybe its a difference in culture. Anyway, Corporate knows this and they allow it bc its a franchise right. So, Con to me, Pro for someone else. Either way...this is my review.

Pros

Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

Cons

Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
