      Pros

      The workload is relatively light. You are in your feet all day, helping customers, moving packages. Relatively low stress work.

      Cons

      Since the UPS Stores are franchised, customers have trouble separating us from UPS Corporate. This often leads to frustrated customers when we are unable to help them with more general UPS problem.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
