Pros

Flexible schedule. Most Saturdays off, and Always closed on Sundays. Most evenings you are off by 6:30 or 7 depending on the store.

Cons

Low pay. Little to no abilities to move up in the company or transfer to another section of UPS. Customers aren't always the nicest. They will always get upset about price

Pros

Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

Cons

Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
