Pros
Flexible hours, getting time off is workable, always have enough hours
Cons
Low pay, corporate doesnt care for their employees. It's a franchise so finding a good owner to work under is hit and miss. A lot of the technology in the store doesn't work well, or always has a problem. Most stores barely pay over minimum wage. They care 100x more about their image and money than the people who are making their money for them.
