      Maybe the job title, but you'll never get to do anything related to it.

      Cons

      NO benefits, even for full-time. Think you're going to be a graphic designer? Nope, they hired you to be a freight packer, heavy lifter, and cashier. It's thankless, back-breaking, menial labor.

      Pros

      Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

      Cons

      Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
