Pros

Great starting out as a first job. Truly get to see how customer service works. Problem solving to help customers decide what service they need. No stress at all, you leave your work at the store.

Cons

Expensive services, frustrated customers. Customers do not recognize the difference between a UPS Store and UPS. Low pay, not much room for growth.

Pros

Due to understaffing, certain staff gets more hours. Decent enough pay compared to other companies, if you're patient enough (several years later) you can finally move up. You'll do decently if you're put under a decent manager.

Cons

Always understaffed and managers say we are "overstaffed", managers can influence raises to some degree by what they say and their employee biases, etc.
