Pros
- A great seasonal position. I worked at two different stores in the Cincinnati region for 5 years and both places gave me full-time hours and fair pay for 6-8 weeks at a time. - Really great management and co-workers at both stores. - They promote from within. - You get to meet a lot of different people.
Cons
- Some of the people that come in to the store are very rude. - Different stores have different policies on charging for certain things like taping up boxes, etc, so make sure you're clear on the little things before you charge an old lady 75 cents to tape her box
