      All telehealth work at home.

      This company is a startup and makes lots of promises it cannot keep. Worked as a contract therapist for a few months with only a handful of clients. I was then told my services were no longer needed as they were going to start working with clinicians who had a larger caseload. Very unprofessional. Also, after promising a contracted rate per session they reneged and changed the contracted rate to a lower rate. They also promised health insurance but could not offer the amount of clients to meet the quota to get health insurance.

      I seriously can't think of any other than they were responsive at first, somewhat.... Now I think this place might be run by a chatbot!

      This place changed their name to resolute, but now things are even worse. Horrible platform. I've never been able to talk to a person when an issue comes up (and they will), and "support" has been unresponsive to down right rude, even when I let them know that they did something wrong, not me. I'm not sure how they vet clients but they either don't need therapy or stop showing up because they start getting hefty bills they are surprised by. Then they ask the therapist to reach out to the client to pay the bill!!! They changed from hourly to contract pay and then refuse to pay therapist unless the note is in by a certain time (24 hours I believe). Clients also cancel last minute before initial session, which leaves me with an open spot I could have filled. Intake documents are often not in before intake so you are going in totally blind to what the issue is.
