I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. They work you like a dog until you burn out, if you ask for help they think you are complaining saying you're a "millennial" or you are being dramatic. Working 11 hours days is normal to them. Pay is not good and rarely give raises. If you do choose to work here, make sure your contract reflects your expectations of work hours and raises.
