I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Summit Group in Aug 2021
Interview
Interview process was rough.
Started with a call to HR, in which they made a bunch of promises for "we're super interested in pursuing this fit" and "you'll be hearing from our PR manager on setting up an interview with her" after discussing my experience.
Ended with them asking if I'd be willing to take a 25% pay-cut to come to a job that is a Manager level job, from my in-house Specialist role. When I stated that I'd even consider a smaller pay-cut, they abruptly said "we'll get back in-touch with you."
Surprise, surprise, they never did. Pretty unprofessional.
If you're not interested in being paid peanuts, save yourself the time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Will you take a huge pay-cut?
We think the work you're doing at your in-house role is not hard, will you come here and do "harder" work for considerably less money?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at The Summit Group (Salt Lake City, UT) in Oct 2019
Interview
Phone interview then in person interview, first you apply online then have a phone interview with Hr recruiting rep, then after that you may be called in for a 1:1 interview with the HR rep and some higher ups.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at The Summit Group
Interview
The interview was short and comfortable. It was two members of the PR team. The questions were conventional and easy-going and the interview didn’t last longer than 30 minutes.
