Cons
These students deserve so much better. High turnover from both voluntary resignation as well as cases where administration is quick to fire people for reportedly little to no reason.
It’s a shame because it could be so much better if administrative and leadership staff were at all supportive, qualified, or provided sufficient communication. Help the kids-create a better organization.
