      -Excellent Training - Benefits are amazing -Building is very clean -Staff Works Together -Fun -The kids are amazing

      Cons

      -Kids have can have very challenging behaviors - This job is not for everybody. You must want to work with children with autism -The pay could be better BUT the benefits are awesome

      Pros

      Working with students who deserve so much better. Some good benefits, if you can keep them.

      Cons

      These students deserve so much better. High turnover from both voluntary resignation as well as cases where administration is quick to fire people for reportedly little to no reason. It’s a shame because it could be so much better if administrative and leadership staff were at all supportive, qualified, or provided sufficient communication. Help the kids-create a better organization.
