A fun company purpose, great benefits - USED to be a job where you could easily balance work/life and achieve monthly goals to increase pay, but all has completely changed.
Cons
Sales team job roles were completely changed, increasing work load by 50%. Monthly goals continue to sky rocket, (during a time of a global pandemic and proven lack of client interests) making it impossible to reach healthy numbers and gain commission. The expectation is to work 24/7 - and a job where the highlight was building client relationships and having a dynamic work day, became a robotic "salesly" desk job, where daily outreach to clients is microscopically being managed. Management doesn't listen to reps, and continues with a false sense of positivity that adds stress. Do not take days off, or you will be even farther from achieving your already impossible goals.
