Micromanaging at its finest Huge turn over The ones that are left are doing everything in their power to stay and that includes eliminating people who excel. The quota is absurd, things get “lost” constantly, loss prevention is a complete joke and if you are over 45 , you will be let go. Definitely facing a class action for firing older employees for no reason and they simply do not need one.
